What we collect

• Assessment answers, scores, recommendations, and attribution data.
• Webinar registrations and viewing progress.
• Account, enrollment, course-progress, and support records.
• Payment status and transaction references supplied by the payment processor once checkout is active.
• Basic device, browser, IP, cookie, and security-event data.

What we do not want

Do not send us client credentials, API keys, private client datasets, health information, payment card numbers, or other sensitive data through forms, course lessons, or support requests. Payment card data will be handled by the payment processor, not stored by Growth Society.

How we use data

• Deliver assessment results and recommendations.
• Provide webinar, course, account, and support access.
• Send requested educational and marketing email.
• Measure funnel and course performance.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service failures.
• Meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

Service providers

Growth Society uses service providers for hosting, databases, email, video, course delivery, analytics, and payments. Current infrastructure includes Cloudflare, Kit, Resend, and Vimeo. Stripe is expected to handle checkout when payments are activated. Providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Marketing choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message. Transactional account, security, purchase, and support messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to deliver the program, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. A specific retention schedule for assessment IP addresses, user agents, registrations, support records, and transaction records will be finalized before public checkout.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Use the course support form to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security. Growth Society is intended for business owners and adult professionals, not children.

Legal review before checkout

Before payments go live, counsel should confirm the final cookie disclosures, consent requirements, retention periods, data-subject procedures, international-transfer language, and any state or international privacy notices.
