Terms of Purchase

What you are buying

The AI-Enabled Agency Operating System is a self-service educational program for agency owners and teams. It includes training, implementation kits, templates, assessments, calculators, and access to the Workflow Vault as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

What the program is not

This is not custom software, managed hosting, IT consulting, legal advice, or done-for-you implementation. Growth Society does not log into customer tools, accept credentials, build custom agents or integrations, or troubleshoot a customer technology stack.

Price and payment

The founding price is $2,997 in one payment for the first 50 members. After the founding group is filled, the standard price is $3,997. Enrollment is rolling. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Access and account use

Access is issued to the buyer and may be used by the buyer’s internal agency team for that agency’s operations. Keep your login secure. You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or distribute course lessons, templates, or Workflow Vault materials outside your agency.

Your responsibilities

• Protect client data and obtain any permissions your work requires.
• Follow the terms and policies of the AI tools and vendors you choose.
• Review AI-assisted work before it reaches a client, platform, or public audience.
• Make your own legal, compliance, financial, employment, and business decisions.
• Maintain your own systems, accounts, credentials, backups, and security.

Refunds

Purchases are covered only by the Installed-Or-Refunded Guarantee described in the Refund Policy, plus any non-waivable rights provided by law. The guarantee covers completion of a documented workflow, not revenue, profit, client retention, or other business outcomes.

Intellectual property

Growth Society retains ownership of the course, written materials, templates, videos, branding, and Workflow Vault. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use those materials inside your agency.

Account suspension

Growth Society may suspend access for payment fraud, credential sharing, redistribution, abuse of support, attempts to compromise the service, or material violation of these terms. We will use reasonable judgment and contact the account holder when practical.

Results and availability

Growth Society does not guarantee revenue or other financial results. Tools change, vendors discontinue features, and individual outcomes depend on the agency and its execution. We may improve, replace, or retire outdated materials while preserving the core program purchased.

Legal provisions pending review

Before checkout is activated, counsel should finalize governing law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, warranty language, tax treatment, and any required consumer-protection provisions. These review items do not change the plain-language program and support boundaries above.
